Representative Office For Overseas Company(RO)

 

A. Required documents before starting:

1. Legally Practice Certificate (Business License):
 One duplicate copy; issued from overseas where the main company locates, this business license copy has to be attested by the Chinese Embassy overseas stating this copy is authentic. If main company is registered in Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan, two duplicate copies of both the Company Incorporation and the Business Registry Certificate have to be provided, and these copies have to be attested by Chinese governmental appointed local Law Firm or Notarization Firm.

2. Capital Credit Standing Certificate for the main company (financial status):
 One original set; issued by local opening bank overseas; stating open date, members of directors, authorized people for signature, revolving capital amount and current saving amount or general estimate to the main company.

3. Identity Card or Passport details copy
for the representative members;18 recent color photos sized in large 1 inch. And personal resume started from Middle School.

4. Rent contract and related information for the office address:
 Original rent contract (this contract has to be already recorded in the Housing Management Bureau, and the rental period has to be at least one year valid); and the owner's Property Right Certificate (original set and duplicate copy) in the event of inside commercial building.

 

 

B. Necessary Time:

20 Working Days

 

 

C. Including the following certificates:

1. Business License original (one);

2. Business organization code(both one original and one duplicate original);

3. IC card (one);

4. National tax license (both one original and one duplicate original);

5. Local tax license (both one original and one duplicate original);

6. One Official stamp, one Chief Representative stamp, one Financial stamp;

7. The representative’s working permit (original one).
